Inspections and Quality Control

Our Quality Control inspectors perform their inspections during the daytime on a weekly basis. Inspections conducted during the day allow you to better see opportunities for improvement. Blue Chip has a 24 hour turn-around policy for opportunities discovered during an inspection. Each inspection is customized for the building making sure all the bases are covered during the inspection.
Cleaning Schedules
All cleaning operations normally are performed after business hours and weekends. In special cases, arrangements can be made for daytime cleaning services. All special or initial cleanings are arranged to be performed to meet your schedule requirements.
Communication
Log Book: You will be provided with a daily log book so you will be able to communicate regularly with your assigned crew. The log book is signed nightly by the cleaning supervisor.
Nextel Network: Our Operations Managers and Supervisors are on the Nextel network.
Paging Systems: Our day porters and on-site lead environment technicians may also be equipped with pagers, allowing for quick response.
