Blue Chip 2000 is a commercial cleaning business dedicated to the highest standards of quality and integrity. It was founded by Dan and Gary Hopkins in 1986 with five hundred dollars in capital and a few small Cincinnati clients. Since then, it has grown to more than eight million dollars in sales with more than 500 employees and one hundred clients in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana Tri-State area.
We specialize in customizing our services to your facility's needs. Our clients include commercial office buildings, banks, schools, corporate headquarters, branch offices, industrial facilities, medical facilities as well as major department store chains located in our region. Blue Chip 2000 provides continual care and maintenance of building facilities as well as the more specialized processes of SaniGLAZE, annual carpet cleaning, floor care refinishing and gymnasium refurbishing.
Blue Chip 2000 now employs more than 500 employees instilled with the same commitment with which Dan and Gary started the business more than fifteen years ago. Our personnel are trained in appropriate cleaning procedures as well as the proper use of our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and top quality cleaning products. Our employees have all passed police record checks and arrive at the worksite in company uniform.
We have established many procedures to ensure that our clients' facilities are cleaned properly. In addition to hiring, training and properly supervising qualified personnel, we have many procedures in place to allow our clients feedback on the services that we provide. We encourage an open exchange of information through the use of on-site log books for tracking daily quality issues, weekly site inspections with or without client representatives, daily phone contact with our corporate office and/or direct follow-up with site managers. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and our clients may select the feedback program that best serves their needs.
